This meant I'd receive a store credit plus a small percentage, leading me to end up with a cheaper, lighter pair than my original. Dealing with this crap from GlassesUSA, plus a $30 deductible for each replacement, is infuriating. They haven't got a single order right, yet to not lose my money, I'm forced to keep trying, watching the value of my order decrease from $189 to around $130. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because this shady practice needs to be addressed.
