My initial call on day 11 to inquire about the delay and get a shipping refund felt like a routine for them, which only added to my frustration. It's clear someone doesn't give a crap about their customers, and that's why I felt compelled to leave this review and engage customer service again – because I still have no glasses and this is unacceptable.
