GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from an order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I just can't get a proper response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's "in transit" from a bot! I want my money back, and I felt I had no choice but to engage customer service and leave this review to highlight the problem.
Customer: I need to speak to someone about order #105081183. It was placed on February 24th, I've never received it, and you still haven't given me my $246 refund! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see here that the tracking indicates a delay, and a refund request was initiated. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of clarity you've experienced. Customer: Inconvenience? It's been over a month! All I get are automated messages. I want my money back now. What are you going to do about this? CS Rep: I've reviewed your case. I'm going to escalate this directly to our finance department for an expedited refund processing. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, and the funds should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days. Customer: This better actually happen. I've heard similar promises before. I used Zinni and never had these issues.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
